Dumbfoundead - Are We There Yet
With his new album out, it’s easy to see how far Dumbfoundead has come since his humble hip-hop beginnings. From working his way up the unforgiving freestyle food chain to making outstanding music like this. I’m going to write an in-depth review of his new album, so make sure to check that out.
My Song Rating: 9.7 out of 10
I’ve posted this before, but I still like it. Plus, how many rap videos are shot in my neighborhood?
Maffew Ragazino & Action Bronson, Jordan vs. Bird. Haven’t felt inspired by much of the music I’m listening to tonight, but I like this one.
I’ve been listening to free Google Music tracks all day, and this, “Fisbawdup” by Willie Evans, Jr., is the first one that’s grabbed me. I don’t know anything about Evans. He’s apparently a producer/rapper who has worked with such as Mr. Lif.
Danny Brown, “Outer Space”.
Holy god. (I’m so late, I bet, but I love this.) ((It is rap music, which isn’t necessarily as obvious from Brown’s name as it is from, say, Xzibit.))
Diz Gibran (MC) & Moonshine (prod.), “Slick”.
This production style is always hit or miss for me, but I think it works here.
